Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Requirements Systems Engineer to join the RAD team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex technical solutions while driving innovation and efficiency in the RAD environment using a combination of technical expertise and strategic thinking. Candidates should be passionate about solving challenging problems and have a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

This position allows 2 days of telework per week.

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.  Four (4) years of additional DevOps experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience.

Required skills:
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Proven experience in authoring system requirements and technical documentation
  • Provides expert support, conducts in-depth analysis, and performs comprehensive research to address complex technical challenges
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to capture evolving needs and features, ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Documents interfaces between new and legacy systems
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and REST calls
  • Leads and participates in system Transition and Decommission efforts
  • Rapidly comprehends and articulates intricate technical details to various audiences
  • Works autonomously towards long-range objectives under consultative direction
  • Utilizes collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
