Description
We are seeking a Field Support Representative (FSR) to provide essential support for a software firing platform system.  As an FSR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and testing of Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sponsor’s team to provide technical support, conduct testing, and maintain the integrity of software releases, including the JCAP platform. Prior experience with these specific systems is not required, as we will provide comprehensive training.

Clearance
A current Top-Secret security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. 

Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
 

• Use the T&I network to test software releases, ensuring they meet operational, performance, and security standards.
• Provide on-site support for the Sponsor’s team, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless operation of cyber tools and software.
• Willingness to receive training on JCAP software platforms to effectively support cyber operators in executing Offensive Cyber Operations.
• Assist with the integration of new software releases and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the system performs at optimal levels.
• Work closely with the team to complete assigned tasks, report feedback, and provide operational insights.
