Description

Develop new and modify existing data models. Understand data from multiple datasets in their source format Communicate with technical and business stakeholders of data. Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to develop formal data structures. Research and evaluate technical aspects of IT systems with respect to data handling and analysis capabilities and constraints. Research and evaluate the user experience and methods employed by users of various IT systems.

Requirements
BS plus 12 years as SE/SW must have 4 years as a Data Modeler or Data Architect; Can substitute 5 years DM experience for degree.

Required skills:

Ability to create a consistent, well managed and well-integrated data warehouse which can store and retrieve large amounts of data.
Ability to develop data warehouse requirements and efficiencies.
Looking for exceptional creativity in designing and developing this system.
Responsible for the definition and governance of the data models, sets standard for how data is represented, research, document and implement process workflows and data flow.
Maintain data maps and systems integration diagrams for data domains and systems.

Desired skills:

Would be helpful to have an understanding of the various types of accesses used for SIGINT production, their benefits and limitations.
