Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer who shall be responsible for developing and maintaining system management infrastructure software and services for High Performance Computing (HPC) systems in a Linux environment.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity or seven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $213,000 - $233,000.

Required skills:
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) to automate tasks and processes
- Recent software development experience using Python
- Familiar with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
- Experience with Git Source Control System
- Experience with automation frameworks including Ansible for orchestrating deployment
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, PodMan, containerd
- Experience with Secret Management tools including HashiCorp Vault
- Familiar with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including Keycloak
- Familiar with Datacenter Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools including Netbox
- Familiar with Observability and Analytics platform solutions such as Splunk
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
