Description
We are seeking a Trainer who designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
Clearance
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. A Master’s Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.

Required skills:
- Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large programs, performing Instructional Design, developing formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars, and developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature
- Three (3) years SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community
- Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU)
- Five (5) years training experience with digital signals processing
- Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
- Experience with administrating virtual training
- Ability to travel
- C++ experience

Erias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $115,000 - $140,000.
