Description
We have an immediate opening for a Part-time Finance & Contracts professional. We are looking for someone that can leverage their comprehensive skill set in Financial Management, Contract Negotiation, and Strategic Planning to drive operational efficiency and financial success. Responsibilities include:

• Invoicing
• Payroll
• Contract review
• Teaming agreement review

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline with at least 2 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• Defense Contracting Familiarity: Familiar with the industry, FAR and DCCA.
• Invoicing / Payroll Tools: QuickBooks
• Expertise in Financial Management: Solid understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly in areas such as payroll, contract management, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to create accurate budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to support our strategic planning efforts.
• Meticulous Record-Keeping: The ability to maintain detailed records for correspondence and documentation related to established contracts, as well as any new contracts in progress, is essential for this role.
