Description
The Customer Support Advocate will provide functional, technical or administrative support to resolve customer problems and queries. Provides customer support for the applications that the team builds and maintains. Tracks customers inquiries in Jira, resolves administrative requests that do not require a developer, and coordinates with developers to execute more complicated transactions. Documents any new processes created to solve customer inquiries.  Some examples of customer inquiries are updating user accesses, processing requests to update records, and redirecting customers when their inquiry comes to the wrong team.    

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Required skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), and the ability to troubleshoot issues on their own.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Jira Issue Tracking
