Description
We have an immediate need for a Engineering Technician to provide technical support for electrical, mechanical and manufacturing engineers on a variety of software/hardware systems. 

• Provides high level of technical support to electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers for the development, fabrication, test, and site installation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or software products or systems.
• Assists engineers in assembling, modifying, debugging, and testing prototype products.
• Maintains laboratories, tools, equipment, and products.
• Able to design electronic or electro-mechanical equipment to adapt, test, and install the company’s products.

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
 
A specialist in the field with fifteen years or equivalent experience, serving as an independent contributor, a technical consultant to the professional staff, a mentor to developing apprentices/entry level staff, or a leader of non-exempt employees. Able to work independently while also developing innovative methods or otherwise improving productivity of a range of technical fields.
